Ask yourself the following questions?
Do you smoke because you feel stressed and believe the cigarette helps to calm you down? Or maybe you smoke because you find you can concentrate better? What about your first time? Was it due to peer pressure because your friends were all doing it. Some of the young people I have taught and have met in therapy have actually said it made them feel very grown up and look good.
I will meet with you for two hours and in the first hour we will talk about how your habit affects you and how you can be helped to quit. The next hour will be a specially made session for you. At the end of the session you can choose to quit then or tomorrow .
The choice will be yours but you can do it.X
